This Guarantee does not cover refunds except in specified cases as outlined below.
1. Purpose of the CrownFluence Guarantee
The CrownFluence Guarantee is intended to mediate disputes between brands and influencers when campaign terms are not met. Our goal is to provide both parties with a neutral solution to ensure that campaigns are completed and payments are fulfilled as agreed upon.

The CrownFluence Guarantee applies to situations where:
For Brands: An influencer fails to deliver on campaign requirements, such as missing deadlines, not fulfilling agreed-upon deliverables, or not meeting campaign quality standards.
For Influencers: A brand fails to make a scheduled payment for completed work or does not fulfill the terms specified in the campaign agreement.
This Guarantee is strictly for mediation and does not imply a right to automatic refunds or payment collection. Refunds will only be issued in cases where a party can provide sufficient evidence of non-compliance with the agreed-upon campaign terms.

The CrownFluence Guarantee covers disputes that arise from the following legitimate reasons:
Non-Delivery of Agreed-Upon Content: The influencer fails to produce or publish the content as specified in the campaign agreement, such as missing a set deadline or not posting to agreed platforms.
Failure to Meet Content Requirements: The influencer delivers content, but it does not meet the agreed-upon standards or specific campaign requirements, such as including mandatory hashtags, product mentions, or required visuals.
Non-Payment by the Brand: The influencer has completed the required work and provided proof of deliverables, but the brand does not make payment within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Breach of Agreement Terms: Either the brand or influencer fails to adhere to other specific terms in the campaign agreement, such as exclusivity clauses, specified usage rights, or timeline requirements.
5. Examples of Disputes That Do Not Qualify
Certain disputes fall outside the scope of the CrownFluence Guarantee and will not qualify for mediation or refunds. Non-qualifying disputes include:
Creative Differences: Disputes arising from subjective opinions about the quality or style of content do not qualify if the influencer met the specified campaign requirements.
Minor Missed Deadlines: If an influencer posts content slightly outside the specified timeframe but promptly communicates and resolves the issue, this may not qualify as a dispute.
Partial Compliance without Clear Terms: Disputes based on unclear or ambiguous terms that were not explicitly agreed upon in the campaign contract do not qualify.
Unpaid Platform Fees or Additional Charges: Disputes involving non-payment of CrownFluence platform fees, subscription fees, or processing fees are outside the scope of the Guarantee.
Personal Grievances Unrelated to Campaign Deliverables: Disputes based on personal disagreements or unprofessional behavior not directly tied to the campaign’s deliverables.
