1. Deposits
Brands can make deposits to fund their campaigns and cover influencer payments through their digital wallet on the platform. All deposits are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.

• Deposit Fees: CrownFluence applies a flat fee of 15% of the deposit amount.
• Minimum and Maximum Deposit Amounts: The minimum deposit is $100, and the maximum deposit is $10,000 per transaction.
• Use of Funds: Once deposited, funds are held in the brand’s CrownFluence digital wallet and can only be used to finance campaigns or pay influencers.

2. Payouts
Influencers can request payouts for completed and approved campaign work. CrownFluence processes these payouts securely through Stripe and PayPal, and the requested amount will be transferred to the influencer’s chosen account.

• Payout Fees: CrownFluence charges a 20% fee on all influencer payouts.
• Minimum and Maximum Payout Amounts: The minimum payout is $100, and the maximum payout is $4,000 per request.
• Requesting Payouts: Influencers can request payouts directly through their CrownFluence account dashboard once the campaign is marked as complete and funds are available.

3. Currency and Processing Times
All transactions on CrownFluence are processed in USD. Deposits and payouts may take 3-5 business days to reflect, depending on the payment processor and bank policies.

4. Transaction Absorption
CrownFluence absorbs all external transaction fees associated with Stripe and PayPal, meaning that no additional transaction fees will be passed onto the user beyond the stated platform fees.

5. Refunds and Adjustments
Deposited funds in a brand’s digital wallet are non-refundable, except in cases where a dispute is resolved in favor of the brand, per our CrownFluence Guarantee Policy. Influencers are only eligible for payouts for completed work, and the platform fees remain applicable regardless of adjustments or refunds.

6. Campaign Approval Fee
Brands are required to pay a $20 fee for each campaign submitted for approval. This fee supports the administrative and vetting processes to maintain high standards on our platform.
