Platform access fees
Subscription fees
Transaction fees
Campaign management fees

These fees cover the operational and administrative costs of maintaining and improving the platform and are non-refundable.


3. Eligibility for Refunds on Specific Services
Refunds will not be issued for any completed service or fulfilled transaction. Refunds may only be considered in specific cases where a significant platform malfunction directly prevents service delivery. In such cases, please contact us to discuss the issue. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of CrownFluence.


4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing all details before initiating transactions, including payment and campaign settings. CrownFluence encourages all users to reach out to our support team if any clarification is needed before finalizing a transaction, as all sales are final.


5. Chargebacks
Any attempts to issue a chargeback after agreeing to this Refund Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and future access to CrownFluence’s services. Any outstanding amounts will still be owed to CrownFluence.
